Good Morning Everybody,
  Hello and Happy Labor Day to all of you hard workers
out there.  Hats off to you and we hope that you enjoy your day off.  That is
if you got it off, which we sure do hope that you did.  We sorry that we
haven't written the last couple of days but we made a quick dash to Louisiana
to Kimberly and the grandbabies and brought them back here with us until after
the hurricane Gustav passes.  Christopher and his mom had to stay because of
work. We're concerned about them and hope that the bad stuff stays on the east
side of them.  Right now that is the way it looks.  Anyways, we hope that you
all have had a great month and that you have moved forward in your search for
your goal weight.  We know that you can do it and success will come your way. 
Just keep trying and you'll do it.

                     Have trust in what you believe........
 
       We all
know that when you first started on our journey to find the new you that you
had to take the first step.  That the first step had to be in the right
direction.  We also know that you had to make a decision as to whether or not
to make the necessary change in your life that would be needed to make the
difference.  All of this boiled down to having trust in yourselves and
believing in yourselves that this is truly came from your heart.  That you
truly wanted to remove your unwanted weight once and for all.  To make it go
way and give yourselves another new you.  Well, you did just that. You trusted
yourselves and made all of the right choices and have moved on the road to
success.  Now that you have started your journey and you have seen not only
the dream that has given you a glimpse of what is at the end of our journey,
but you have seen first hand that you can and will continue to remove the
weight that we not
 longer want.  Remembering that you have the strongest belief within yourself
and the knowledge that you can do it lets you know that there's no turning
back and no stopping you now. Remember that you have trusted yourself this far
and you are making a difference, so keep the great work.  You can do it for
you.  You can reach your goal and shine.  Your a "STAR"  You can do it.
