[CyberTOPS] a rule

Actually we were told the same thing by our group leader that you MUST weigh in.. That's crap because the rule books said you can attend a meeting and not weigh in but will be marked Absent.. Aren't they breaking the rules by saying you can't stay for the meeting unless you weigh in???

It is a TOPS rule.  Who said no way?  They can't say that.  It's says in

the chapter book that if a member comes to the meeting but doesn't weigh 
in, they shall be marked ABS.
