hello again everyone.  I have been thinking.  I know I said I was going t
rejoin the gym but I was thinking why rejoin the gym when I have a bike here
at the house and a treadmill out in the garage if I want to use it.  I can
save money and still work out.  So instead of joining the gym Im going to
utilize the machine I have here in the house which is the bike.
