[CyberTOPS] a rule

Hi, we just had our work shop saturday. our co orinator and area captain said
the rule going around that you a  member can go to meetings but do not have to
weigh in. its more important to go. well where did this start? was it a rule?
i heard it on the board here sometime. well they said no way. If you go to a
meeting you have to WEIGH IN. so thought i would share this. LaDean
