[CyberTOPS] Best Loser = 4 pounds in TOPS weight book?

There is no such TOPS rule.? And I strongly suggest that if it is in a chapters by-laws it should be addressed as to why it is continued and possibly amend the by-laws.? It is always about encouraging weight loss -- no matter how small and never to discourage anyone from continuing to try.? Small losses are a sign of behavior change and those small changes will soon add up to bigger losses.? Your "Best" is always your best at the time.? I am so encouraged by the suggestions/ideas and "real" life sharing from CyberTOPS pals.

We have a best loser of the month no mater what the loss...
I never heard of this rule...I am going to look in my book but
I don't think I'll find it....Liz
