Thanks Marie,

For the great article on water.  I am sure we all have heard of the benefits 
of water before.

In this busy world, the benefits of water had slipped my mind and your email 
is getting back on track.  I will share this with my TOPS group.

I will stick up a small piece of paper with the word "Water" on it on my 
refrigerator.  It would be great to drink a glass before I eat if I didn't 
drink enough.

The best things in life are really free!!!!
