Hi Cybertops Pals,
 
I purchased "The Writing Diet: Write Yourself Right-Size" by Julia
Cameron.  It's a good book but not finished with it.
 
There are 7 Tools from the book.  First tool is "Morning Pages".
You have to write as soon as you get up.
 
2nd tool is:  The Journal
 
3rd tool is:Walking
 
4th tool is: The 4 Questions
 
5th tool is: Culinary Artist Dates
 
6th tool is: HALT (Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired)
 
7th tool is:The Body Body (Like a TOPS buddy)
 
 
 
Here's the 4th tool from Chapter 4.  It's the 4 Questions:
 
1.  "Am I hungry?"
 
2.  "Is this what I feel like eating?"
 
3.  "Is this what I feel like eating now?"
 
4.  "Is there something else that I could eat instead?"
