Hi All,   Sorry to say this week was not good!!!!  I gained 1.20lbs  and
sadly that puts me .60lbs out of leeway. Man!! this sure is hard to keep it
off, I think it's harder then to lose the weight that I lost to get to goal.
But I just can't give up I worked too hard to get to goal. So, hopefully
next week I can do better.  Hope all of you have a good week!!! Tops Hugs
