 Nan, I too believe eating for some people is an addiction. I seem to turn
to eating when bad things are happening and I have no control over them so I
eat. I have struggled with his my whole life. I also believe for alcoholic,
smokers or drug addicts when they work on their addiction it is a total
quitting of the undesirable behaviour but we cannot totally quit eating. I
have come to believe it is going to be my struggle through my life. I have
highs and low. I also know all people have struggles in their lives we just
do not always know what they are. Some people will gladly share their
thoughts and others will not say a word but the struggle still exists.
