 with their friends doing this in our family room years ago.  I had to
practically tie down the lamps and tables so they would not jiggle over while
they
were exercising.  Of course, they did not do the chair exercises,  but the
real sit ups, jumping jacks, etc.

I watched the chair exercises  and did them and was winded by the time I was
done.  I saved it and will  use it over and over again....so much fun.  I
think I will download the  song and take it to our TOPS meeting.  One of our
members leads us in  chair exercises for 5-10 minutes each week and this would
be a
great addition  to her routine!
