Good Morning Everybody,
    Wow, Will you look at that, the month of October
is here.  It kinda of just quietly appeared.   I mean that the month of
September is gone.  Then the next thing we know, bingo October is here.  Are
you ready, well we have to be because we can't turn it back.  October is here
until November replaces it.  We hope that your September was successful and
that you reached you short term goal.  If not, don't worry because you can do
it this month and still shine.  Because you have what it takes to make your
"STAR" shine and you can reach you weight loss goal come true. You can do it.

         There's no turning back---
only moving forward towards your goal.........
 
     Now that you have
started and you have made some changes there's no turning back.  You've all
ready accomplished so much.  Think about it for a minute.  Can you think of
the things that have changed since you started on your journey towards your
goal?  One of the first things that we think of is our eating habits and what
we used to eat.  Not to mention the way that it used to be prepare.  Now
there's the subject of exercise.  We used to exercise but not every single
day, which is something that we now do. We enjoy doing it, too. The same is
true about water I never drank so much just water before.  Now we do, and we
have discovered the benefits of what water does for us.  Change is good for
you and as long as you are getting the good results. You are headed toward the
goal that you seek this is good.  Remember that you are doing this for you and
that you never want to return to where you started-- the only way is towards
your goal
 and success. You can do it.  You can make your "Star" shine for you.  You can
do it.  It's not impossible to make this dream of yours to come true, you can
do it.
