[CyberTOPS] Jerry A's 9/30 roll call

Actually, I have reconsidered the rule again, upon contemplation. I'm
glad you wrote this and reminded me as I forgot that I hadn't posted
anything about it.

Here's the history:
Originally, waaaaay back when I first started roll calls on cyberTOPS, I
recognized whomever lost the most weight that week, no matter what. Then
realized that's not fair if they didn't weigh the week before as some were
recognized for losing a large amount after being away for weeks and weeks
... so ...

Then I said you had to have weighed the week before. Then realized that
it seemed that those who yo-yo (up 4 pounds one week, then down 3 the
next) were the ones being recognized quite often, while those with
consistent losses were not .... so ...

Then I said that you had to have a loss or turtle the week before, then
this past week realized that that's not really fair either, so now the
rule is ....

You must have weighed in the week before and if you had a gain last week,
your loss this week must be the same or more than your gain was the
previous week.

I think this still gives incentive after having a gain, but doesn't reward
those who essentially have a net gain as you have to have removed your
previous gain in order to be recognized.

Hope this helps!?
