I gained 0.8 pounds, not a good week. Now Thanksgiving is upon us..... Oh
what
to do??
I will try real hard! I promise.
Not to make excuses but I had a bladder biopsy last Friday, that means no
exercise and a lot of sitting wit my legs up. I wonder how I gained??
Will find out the results of the biopsy later today from Dr. Pain (who is
retiring). I wonder if I can find another Dr. Pain?
I want to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving. This was in the paper this
morning, enjoy
