Well ladies and gentlemen, I made it an entire week with food charting......EVERY SINGLE DAY THIS PAST WEEK.....and I have already done two days this week......

Thanks all for the words of encouragement it will be down hill from here.....RIGHT.

OH YEAH - and I lost 6.25 pounds......yes it is a large amount and hopefully I can keep it off this next thursday.......but I food charted all week......
