Hi Thursday group, Sorry but I had a gain last night of .20lbs and that
puts me at 1.60lbs above my goal. I hope everyone has a very Happy
Thanksgiving next week. I will be asking to get excused for the next two
weeks my husband and I are going on a cruise.
