Congratulations to  Val S. <mercygrace at sti.net> on being the "Best 
Loser" on cyberTOPS for week ending November 15, 2008, with a roll call 
of -4.50 pounds lost!!!  You're "BEST TOPS" here on cybertops this past 
week as well as at your chapter!!!  Weigh to goal!!

(Must have weighed in the previous week.  If there was a gain the 
previous week, the loss this week has to be the same or larger than the 
gain to be Best Loser.  This way we are recognizing those who lose 
consistently, not those who yo-yo.)
