[CyberTOPS] Charlotte's Weigh In, and Not so happy report

Well I have to report that I had a two pound gain thursday.....however this morning I would up with my monthly friend.....so explains the gain.....

I started food charting again yesterday ....did it all day and then again today 
it was as always an eye opener on how many calories sneak into my mouth....

I hope to be able to keep going with the food charting......and I will have a loss this coming thursday......
