Hello,

i have sent you the document that I use and just change the dates for the
weeks and change the month each month

rules for each of the five items they do they get to draw a card from the deck
of 52 they write down their poinits in the box....if they have encouraged
someone during the week when they draw that card if it is the suit that is
represented in the 5 point bonus section they get the five point.....they only
draw five cards total if they have done everything.

if they have not done any of the five items they put an "x" in the box and put
a quarter in the jar...(this amount can be anything your chapter decides on). 
at the end of the month we tally up our points on our sheets and the person
with the most points gets half the money in the jar and the other half goes to
treasury.  You can make the five items anything you like, if you have specific
things your chapter needs to work then put them...if you want to change them
from month to month you can.....it is up to you.

we have been doing this contest in our chapter for 5 months now and each month
the winner/treasury get any where from 8.00 to 13.00 dollars each....
