Burt Reynolds and Goldie Hawn filmed a movie in Buffalo, NY several years
ago.  The movie was Best Friends.  It was a cute movie.   Robert Redford
also filmed a movie in Buffalo, NY and the surrounding area several years
ago, too.   That was The Natural.   That was a good baseball movie.   Scenes
from Bruce Almighty were filmed in Buffalo too.   However, Jim Carrey wasn't
here to do any of the filming.

Hi Jean,

I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  Some parts of the film Shall we Dance

with Richard Geer, Susan Sarandon, and Jennifer Lopez starred in.  They 
actually filmed right down the street from me on the same street I live on. 
It was nice to even hear that they were there.  They filmed in the local 
laundry mart.  My sister had the pleasure of meeting Patrick Swayze when he 
stopped by 7'11 to get smokes for himself and his wife.  She was lucky 
enough to get a autograph for my niece.  A girlfriend of mine got a chance 
to get Robin Williams autograph when he was here filming a movie.

I think that its neat to see our city in the movies and Winnipeg has been 
mentioned in a few shows like the Simpsons.
