Just received my TOPS News in the mail and want to send a congrats out to
Coach Laura for receiving the one of the President's Awards at IRD this past
July.  I was also very pleased to see my state's coordinator and one of our
area captains mentioned for getting awards.  Granted that Beverly Rummery
isn't my Area Captain she is one from my state.  So Coach Laura Congrats on
receiving the president's award.
