Happy to report a loss of .75 of a pound.

Now putting me at 2 to get back to goal.


I was high loser of the week in fresh weight.

We all got our weight loss winnings from October, 11 of us were in the
black( not all fresh weight) and we each got $4.35


We got our TURKEY's finally for the turkey contest , we earn feathers and
paste them on our turkey that one ends the 24th,
Then our Decorate the Tree contest will begin with weigh in on November 17th
and will end December 22nd.


The gal with the baby lost over the 5 pounds she needed to lose and passed
the baby on and I took it as I figure I want to lose the 2 to goal and get
below it!

WELL on to next week hope I have another loss not matter how much it will
be! Not going to push those 2 pounds off too fast only to struggle to keep
them off!
