[CyberTOPS] KOPS graduation

In our chapter we have always made a big deal out of a KOPS graduation. It 
consumes the whole meeting, we dress up, usually have a pot luck dinner, 
table decorations, read a KOPS graduation ceremony, and shower the new KOPS 
with gifts.
I like the idea because if it is really a big deal, the KOPS will never want 
to lose her status.
Thats my story and I'm sticking too it!
