Hi Everyone
I am sorry this is late but I weighed in on Thursday October 30, with a 1
pound loss.  I sure hope that everyone in our group had a good week
expectably with Halloween  on October 31st  I did really good and left the
candy alone in fact what I had left over I gave it to the neighbor for her
children to have that way it wasn't tempting me to eat it.
