Hi there Donna:
You reported in, good for you,  now you will feel more accountable and get
back to basics with whatever resources you need to get you on the right track
once again.  I am very proud of you my friend for giving this another try,
this is the only life we have, we must do what we can to live as long and as
healthy as possible.  Hand In Hand we shall do this, one day at a time, and
one step at a time.

  hi all,

  just a note to let you know I had another gain...16 pound gain this week,
but that is it...come thursday I start back on my shakes, 5 shakes a day, and
this weight is gonna come sliding off...gonna start going back to the gym too,
I have 8 more sessions with a personal trainer to use up, and I am gonna use
them....

  so I am back !!!
