Well I did not loose and but I did not GAIN......

My chapter has one more weigh in before the 1st of the year.....which to me is
a great thing...we are weighing in on tuesday night which makes for a very
short week .....but I can do it..  I would like to be under 300 for the first
weigh in of the 2009 year.

I heard a Buddhist saying on the news the other night that I think sums up
TOPS.

If we are facing in the right direction, all we have to do is keep on
walking.

I believe that TOPS gets us facing in the right direction, with the tools,
support, and accountability that it offers....and our job is to KEEP ON
WALKING!

I know that I could have done better in 2008, but I have to just move on, get
facing in the right direction, and make the best of 2009.

I hope that everyone has a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year....... and remember
that "Dreams really do come true" but you need to get moving to make them
happen.
