Hi friends,  I need to face the music or face my gain this week!
I gained 3 pounds after having good loses for two weeks.

To begin with,  I think there is something about our scales that when a heavy
man weighs in and one of us girls weigh in after him, the scales show the
girls a big gain.

Anyway, I got into the peanuts also. I think I had a gain but not that much.
My rings and watch is loose so I feel I didn't gain 3 pounds.

Enough of that and on to another week.  Alice
