Good Afternoon Everybody,
    We know that you all had a long day and that we
hope that you were successful in staying on track.  Boy! There sure are a lot
of choices out there.  Many of them are just waiting to get us.  Most of which
aren't good for us. We just have to keep an eye open so that we can tell the
difference between the good and the bad.  Boy what a job, but we're doing it.
Right!   One day at a time, better yet one choice at a time.  We're going to
make it all the way to our goal and shine.  We can do it.

                         Your beating the
odds and your success is going to happen......
 
      In the beginning the
odds may have been against you but you changed that when you had that very
first weight loss.  That when the table were turned.  From that time on every
time you have a weight loss the odds are on your side and  in your favor. 
Yes, the fact speaks for themselves the more weight that you remove the closer
you will get to your weight loss goal.  Plus, the healthier you will become,
the slimmer you will look,  and the better you will feel.  It is apparent that
the closer you get to your final weight loss goal the sweeter you success is
going to be.  Remember that you are going to make your dream come true and
that it's more than just a dream now it's real.  Just believe and you will see
that dreams do come true. You will do it!
