[CyberTOPS] I know my Problem

I know my problem.  Besides Im too lazy to exercise I like fast food
wayyyyyyy too much.  I have sat and thought alot here lately about why I
havent been able to lose and only gain.  Well I have been eating out too
much.  I mean its ok to eat out if you get the healthy choices but no not me
I get all the fattening things.  Plus this weather isnt helping anything
either.  I mean its too freakin cold to go outside to do anything and I know
thats no exscuse but it is to cold.  So Im just going to have to stay away
from fast food.  I have a beautiful 7 month old daughter that needs me to be
here to take care of her and if I keep eating the way I have been I wont be
around much longer and that hurts me to have to write that and have to
realize that.  Everytime I look into her eyes I see the love she has for me
and the smiles that just makes me soooooo happy.  But If I dont do something
about my weight Im not going to be around to see her smiles or hear her
laughs or see any of the things she does so Im going to have to get back on
the wagon and keep my ass there.  Its going to be hard but I know I can do
it.  Sorry again for venting.
