[CyberTOPS] WI - 12/1

Hi everyone!  Sorry a little late with my weekly report but my shoulder
dislocated again & I'm back in an immobilizer so everything takes a  little
extra effort.  I  am happy...no make that ecstatic  to report a 5.25 pound
loss this week.   I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can maintain it.
