According to the Chapter Guide Book, the following must be done weekly:

Weigh-in
Roll Call
Visitors and guests introduced
Program
Weight Report (number of members weighing in, total loss, total gain, net loss/gain)
Awards

The following are optional and when done this constitutes a full business meeting:

TOPS Pledge/Songs
Secretary's minutes read
Correspondence read
Treasurer's Report
Committee Report (if you have a sunshine committee, contest committee, etc.)
Unfinished business
New business
Contest updates
Further business

I know I've seen the answer to this question somewhere, but I can't find it
right now.  Can someone tell me what is required of Tops meetings?  Like I
know you don't have to do the business portion every week if you don't want
to, but what things do you have to do?  I'm thinking it's just the pledge?
