Well after two weeks of not weighing in I weighed in today 1.8 above goal, an
unofficial loss because my scales put me out of leeway the past couple of
weeks. But officially it was a gain of around 2 pounds. But in LEEWAY that is
what is important.
Exercise was 24 miles.
