[CyberTOPS] Illness And Excess Weight

Hello Everyone:
Oh My goodness, I do not know what is happening here.    Another one of my
dear dear friends is in the hospital and has only days to live., and another
funeral to go to on Wednesday of this week, for a friend of mine, her
husband.

This scares me, that it is happening to so many I know within such a short
time span.   However, it will be scaring me to lose more weight and take
better care of myself.

My friend in the hospital now is so big that there were tests that could not
be run because she did not fit into the MRI machine and some others so other
alternatives were taken.

She was admitted with a broken shoulder and clavlical cause she fell out of
her wheel chair which she was in because she could not move easily as she had
bad knees, and cause of her "EXCESS  WEIGHT"  she could not exercise enough to
get the weight off to relieve the pressure on her knees so she would, again,
be an acceptable weight to have surgery.

She contacted pneumonia and has days or maybe hours to live, was 70 on the
16th of this month.
Good God, what in the world are we all doing to ourselves with this "excess
weight" we are carrying  around on our bodies.????? I speak for myself as
well, even though I am a KOPS, I know there is still excess weight at least 20
-2 5 lbs on my body the Dr. wants OFF............and finally, finally I am
getting exactly why.

So even if someone says.  You look good, you look OK...you do not need to lose
one more pound.....unless it is your Dr saying this.........then do whatever
is in your power to do to get that weight off before it is too late

I do care about you guys, by now, over these years you should know that is you
do not........then know now.....I want us all to be as healthy as we can be
and whatever is in our control, which is not that much, disease can hit us
without warning, but excess weight.......That is in our control, so I will do
my best to lead by example.
