[CyberTOPS] **KEEP THIS MESSAGE** Turning your mail on/off, etc. on cyberTOPS

I will be encouraging everyone to manage their own mail on cybertops as 
I don't want to be responsible for anyone's mail bouncing if I don't see 
a request to turn it off.  I will still do it for the next month or so, 
but will send you a password reminder as well as this message again when 
you ask me to turn your mail on or off, or change your mail delivery to 
digest, etc.

You should have received a password reminder from cyberTOPS on Monday 
(today).  Please keep that message.  I have sent the reminder only to 
your primary email address.  If you have another address as a duplicate, 
but don't receive mail there, I did not send that reminder.  Let me know 
if you wish to receive it at that address as well.

**IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS SUBSCRIBED, THE DEFAULT PASSWORD 
WILL NOT BE THE SAME FOR BOTH UNLESS YOU CHANGE IT.** You can change 
your password to something you can remember easily after logging in to 
the page below, which is where you can change any of your options such 
as switching to digest or off digest, turning your mail on and off, etc.

If you do lose your password, this page also has a button to send a 
password reminder to you:

Once you log in, to change your mail options, go down near the bottom 
(where there are grey boxes).  **PLEASE JUST CHANGE THE FIRST TWO 
OPTIONS**. 

1)  MAIL DELIVERY -- This turns your mail on and off. 
       ENABLED -- mail is on.
       DISABLED -- you are on NOMAIL.

2)  SET DIGEST MODE -- This puts you on DIGEST format for mail.
       OFF -- You are not on digest, you get regular messages
       ON -- You get mail in digest format

You can also change the address you are subscribed with.  If you enter a 
new address, it will take off the one you logged in under, and change it 
to the new one.  **PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS 
ON THIS PAGE SO I CAN KEEP MY DATABASE UP TO DATE.**   You can also 
change your password.

Once you've changed something, don't forget to hit the SUBMIT MY CHANGES 
button at the bottom of the page and then the LOG OUT button at the top 
of the page!!!
