Unfortunately, the only advise that I have to return to what was working before and like you said that was going to the gym.? The alternative would be to raise your goal to where you are now.? However, you may not be happy with that goal.? Keep in mind that whatever you do to get to KOPS is what you have to do to stay there so be sure that if it's working out 7 days a week and restricting yourself more on the weekends that you are prepared to do that for the rest of your life.? Sounds like a "life sentence" but the rewards are well worth it.

QUESTION ??  

WHY??   I'm not beating myself up about it BUT I get aggravated when I think of 
all the time I've spent in this weight race... I"ve been in TOPS for 
14years......All I have done is yo-yoed....up until 2yrs. ago, thats when I 
joined the gym and started spinning and doing kickboxing, OK again up til we got 
out of school for this past summer (work in school food nutrition)....My Mom had 
a wreck and then had to move,well she kept me upset all summer, now she's ok and 
settled.

 I have about 7 more pounds to lose to GOAL and all I keep doing is yo-yoing 
again and letting the weekends mess me up.....I have a hard time on weekends, 
esp. on saturdays, plus I have not went back to the gym, But plan on making it 
saturday morning when I go to town to have blood work done for my 
doctor.....(small town).

 I try my best to stay motivated, pumped, and encourage others that it's out 
there, ya just gotta want to so bad that you can't see anything else....My 
lightbulb is getting dull....So I'm reaching out to KOPS for that last 10lb's 
stretch.


 I do want this, I will do it, BUT why not ask for HELP !!!
