Good Morning Everybody,
     Hoo-ray it's Friday and the weekend is here. 
It's about time don't you think?  It's been one of those extra long weeks. 
Why we thought Friday wasn't ever going to get here! Well we're for one glad
it's here. All we have to do is get through the day and we have the weekend to
rest or enjoy ourselves doing what we enjoy.  Just don't forget to slice a bit
of time out especially for just yourself.  Your know private time.  Don't work
to hard today and get ready for the next to off days.  Remember to smile and
have fun.

           Don't be afraid to
explore new ways 
                                to remove your unwanted
weight............
 
   We all know that before we try something new we should
first talk to our doctors, to make sure that we don't hurt ourselves or cause
damage that may not be reversed.  Safety first, right?  However, once we have
the go ahead or have been clear then there isn't any reason stopping us.  We
should get out there and if we see something that looks like it might help us,
then try it.  Yes, you may not have tried anything like that before but that
was back then. This is now.  Your making new changes very single day. So why
not today.  Why it could be riding a bike or trying to go skiing. Either water
or snow.  The same thing goes for trying different types of foods and the way
that they are prepared. The point is that you won't know if you don't try. 
Remember that the reason for our journey is that we want to remove our
unwanted weight and not have it return.  Ever.  Period.  End of conversation. 
We all have it in our power to make our dream come true.This we will do.  We
have the I can do it in us coupled with the will power, desire and drive to
make it happen. Our "STAR" is going to shine brightly for all to see. 
Together hand in hand we will walk to the circle of light.  We can do it.
