Yes I would like to take part in the exchange of daily menus   I have had to
take all grain out of my diet as I am gluten intolerant   I am having trouble
getting back in the groove with the exchange   I do use brown rice products as
a substitute for pasta and crackers.   No bread the gluten free is so yukky
I am going to have to look into buying a new bread machine as the one I have
is not good for gluten free bread making   I understand that Cuisinart has
one.  I will wait and make the purchase once I get south.  Right I am learning
to cook again   I have been using many prepare frozen foods but on reading the
labels I find that flour or gluten has been added   When you need a volume
expander or glue in the food look for flour   Never did know how much I was
really eating    Hugs
