I love that story Joan! Thank you for sharing, congratulations on all your 
success, good luck on getting your KOPS back, and thank you for giving me 
more info. about the Adopt a Highway program! If you are in or around 
Harris/Montgomery County you will soon see TOPS #TX 1895, Houston who have 
adopted a highway! We are still working things out. There's a city and a 
county program and we haven't figured out what we want to do yet. But we 
sure will!!!
