You are so right Suzie, those are two great exercises. Bending and
stretching keep you flexible to do other exercises. Do we get to count lawn
cutting with a push mower? I guess they have to decide and set limits, so we
should just keep gardening, bowling, lawn cutting and whatever helps us and
just add our minutes with the things they do count. The point is to keep
moving. Do something, do more ...... keep doing it.
