Good Morning Everybody,
     Here we go with another week in which we will out smart our unwanted
weight and make some of it disappear.  Yes we will make it go away.  With all
intention for good.  Keep your chin up, positive thoughts running thru your
mind and of course that can do attitude leading the way.  You will come out
the winner.  You can do it.

         Give yourself a chance to make a difference..........
 
    All to often we here other beating themselves up when they don't have a
loss.  You might here them saying that they aren't getting anywhere.  That the
scale either stays the same each week or goes up.  My weight don't seem to be
going down.  They'll tell you that no matter what they try " nothing seems to
be working for them".  You might just notice something going on here!  Sort of
a trend so to speak, ya their not giving themselves a chance.  A chance for
their plan to work.  A chance for the changes that they are making in their
lives to take place.  We all have to realize that when we started on our
journey towards our goals that changes in our very lives was going to happen
and that we have to give our lives a chance for those changes to take place
and for them to settle in.  Kinda like an adjustment period if you will.  It's
like try something new for the very first time.  You first have to taste it,
then decide whether or not
 you like it.  Sometimes it might take two or three tries before you really
know but at least you give it a chance before you rule it our.  Right?  Well,
give these new life style changes a chance.  Things will work out in your
favor and you will love the new you.  You can do it because you are a winner
and you are going to succeed.  Your dream is going to come true.  You can do
it.
