[CyberTOPS] "Thanks to John" and contests

BUT, I need to clarify: I don't keep track of exercise in any contests. I
just keep a record of any exercise reported to me or to the CyberTOPS list
in messages that includes "walking" or "exercise" in the Subject line. If
that exercise also appies one or more contests, fine, but I don't keep
track of the contests.
