Good Morning Everybody,
      Will you look at the calendar, half of this
month has slipped away!  Where has it gone, boy it seems like yesterday we
just began this month.  So far this month we have been doing all right and we
hope that the same is true for all of you.  Remember that your quest to reach
your goal weight is a special one and that you will make it all the way
there.  That there is no doubt.  The main thing is that you never give up.
 
Today's Encouraging Thought:
 
                            Support Yourself 
 
Do you give yourself enough support? Or are you like so many others who seem
to give more support to others? Others are important, but you are, too!   We
do have to remember that we come first.  It's our goal that we are trying to
get too.  It's our weight that we are trying to remove and make go away.  Now
don't take us wrong because we know just how important having support
is.  Having someone there to listen to or to lean a should to rest your head
on.  To receive that hug that just brighten your whole day.  Yes, we know how
important it is to have support, but right now we want you to think about you
and what you do for yourself.  For example, do you really give
yourself--yourself time?  The time that you set aide just for you to do
whatever it is that you want?  Do you?  or are you like most of us that have
good intentions and just don't quite get there.  Don't worry, today it's time
for a change!  Instead of setting aside some
 time for you to take a break or have some time just for you.  Just take a
break and take that time.  Yep, right now.  Go ahead and do it, you deserve
it, a gift for yourself.  Enjoy and remember you are going to make it all the
way to your goal. Your supporter will be there with you cheering you on as you
finally say good bye to your unwanted weight and hello to the new you.  Also,
remember that you will never be alone. You will do it.
