[CyberTOPS] Friday roll call & exercise

Hi Folks,

This week I was up .75 pounds.  It has been a struggle for the past month as I watch myself go up and down the same pound.  

This week I increaed my exercise by taking up bike riding.  Not on a stationary bike but on the streets & roads.  

In addition to my normal exercise of 29 miles for the week I've also biked probably 15 miles, but it does not register on the pedometer.  

It takes a while to increase the muscle mass so that I can ride further.  I will say I'm improving because I can now pedal my way up small hill.  Couln't do that last week.
