BlankAfter reading all the horror (or hilarious since they didn't happen to
me) stories about Ali and knowing what I know about the weight loss surgeries,
I just am more and more convinced that calorie counting and exercise is the
only way to go.

I have found that I can take a travel chart to retreat so I will have aweight
to report next week.  It will just be late because we will be at Wirtz from
Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon.

If they don't starve me to death or kill me with exercise, I expect to have a
great time! LOL  I am hoping that it will be the shot in the arm I need to get
on the straight and narrow and get moving with weight loss.
