Yes, Karan.  My cardiologist approved it for me about 8 months  ago...With 
TOPS and Ali, I have lost over 25 lbs. It is a great program.   It is not a diet 
pill...it is the only pill for helping weight loss that FDA has  ever 
approved.  It is rather expensive..but I do think it is worth  it.  Hugs...Mignonette
