Good Morning Everybody,
   We hope that your week is off to a good start. 
Remember to keep a positive attitude and the thought that you are a special
person.  Make your day worth while by taking a little extra time out just for
you.  Your worth it.  We hope that your day is filled with the warmth from the
sun and a lite breeze to enjoy.  If your getting the weather from the storm
off the Gulf of Mexico we hope all it is is a little rain and that's
all.  Other wise we hope you have a great day and remember that we care.

        The decision you make effect
everything that you do......
 
    Sometime we overlook what we decide has an
effect on what we do.  However, it is true!  When we make a decision lets say
to have a real good hearty breakfast, followed by a big snack, we get pretty
full.  Right?  Then the next thing we  know it's lunch time. We're trying to
figure out what we are going to do and our stomach's are trying to tell us
that we don't need any more food.  So, we might decide to skip lunch and wait
til dinner.  Now the question becomes is that a good idea?   Like making wise
food choices we also have to make wise decision. Just like the way that food
can effect the way we look and feel so does  the decision we make.  When we
make decision, whether it be good or bad we must stand behind it and make it
work in our favor.  When making a decision take your time and think it
through. Map it out and see if you can visualize it. Maybe that will help
putting it in into action.  Remember we all have to make
 decision that is part of life. It's how they effect our everyday activities
that counts.  Remember that how we all first got started was by making the
decision to remove our unwanted weight and becoming healthier.  Since that
time we can see just how that decision has effected our very lives  for the
better.  Remember that you are going to make your "STAR" shine and reach your
goal.  You can do it, that a great decision and we know that's a winner.
