WELL I gained 1.25 pounds!

I have to get on the BALL , can not wait til the HEAT AND HUMITY are gone.

Anyways also 8/11 I am excused as I am on vacation that week, not going
anywhere but to go the 50 mile round trip for a 1/2 hour meeting is not
worth the gas or the time, our leader will not be there so our Co- leader
never really has  a long program and we are out before 7 PM and it only
starts at 6:30 PM

So I have two weeks to work on my PLAN!/
 I have started to walk the puppy twice a day when I can . So that may help!
