Good Afternoon  Everyone
I weighed in on July 31st and I lost another 2 pounds I am so happy at how I
am doing. When I go home next weekend August 8th I am hoping that my family
will notice that I have lost some weight since I have not seen them since
April when I was home last.
I will have to really watch what I eat that weekend so I don't come back
with a weight gain as I want to keep losing the weight.I am starting to feel
a lot better with the weigh loss that I have had and I want to keep it off
