[CyberTOPS] Encouraging Thought for August 3,2008

Good Morning Everybody,
  Great, the weekend is here!  We hope that you don;t have to much to get done
before you are ready to have some rest and relaxation.  Yes, we know that the
weekends are used to get caught up on those things that we didn't get done
earlier in the week.  Hopefully today you don't have to much to do and you can
get right into being with you family and friends.  Enjoy that special time and
sharing the bond that brings you so close together.  Remember that your
journey towards your goal is not one that you traveling alone.  We are here
with you, hand in hand together we can reach our goals and make our "STAR"
shine.  We can do this for ourselves.

              Be strong and overcome difficult obstacles...
 
    We have to be strong in order for us to come out the winner here.  Our
weight loss journey is going to take us on many different adventure.  Some are
going to be easy and some are going to down right out of this world hard. 
They are going to test us and try to break us.  See if they can make us give
in and finally quit.  Yep, they will try all sorts of obstacle to put in our
path that will slow our progress down.  Like nice cold ice cream sundae with a
bright red cherry and cool whip on top.  Hummmm. sound good doesn't it.  That
just what they want you to think, too.  So we have to be strong and hold our
ground.  We are stronger than the temptation that is around us.  As long as we
remember to think first before we eat, do our daily exercise and drink our
water we will do just fine.  We are strong and will over come temptation. We
can do it.  Right!  Go for it.  We winners.  Reach for the "STARS"
