[CyberTOPS] thursday roll call/exercise report

Well.......if I only work 8 hours tonight......I will have completed a 70 hour
work week...........needless to say......I was not able to weigh in this week
or make arrangements with Linda to weigh me.......if I am not working, getting
ready for work, or getting something to eat, here and there........I am
sleeping..........I was only able to walk 5 miles this week.........I hope
everyone has a great weekend...........Hugs, Kelly
