[CyberTOPS] Thursday Roll Call

Completed week 5 of the on the right track contest (one more week to go) 
and I LOST 1.2 lbs
That's 8.8 for the month of July and puts me at 19.4  lbs to goal.  With 
19 more weigh ins this year.... Yes I can do it this time, I will 
continue to journal, weight and measure and do my exchanges and do my 30 
minute walk every morning. 
I am really excited.  If I can get to goal by the end of December I will 
be able to graduate in Niagra  Falls!  How great is that!
